Philippe Segur ~ Proprietor

Trained in cooking and pastry, Philippe settled in West Vancouver at Chez Michel Restaurant and developed his craft within the establishment as well as outside as private chef for local celebrity Bryan Adams. After 15 years at Chez Michel Restaurant with his brother Michel as partner, they took on the challenge of opening Le Bistro Chez Michel, located at 224 west Esplanade (across from waterfront park in lower Lonsdale .)

The magnificent view of the city, along with the warm welcoming atmosphere, consistenly good bistro comfort food make Le Bistro Chez Michel one of the lower mainland best neighborhood bistros.
